Kerri Faber to Join Non-Profit Think Tank Focused on Entrepreneurship and Government Policy
(EVANSTON, WYOMING, July 26, 2021) We are proud to announce that Echelon CEO Kerri Faber will be joining the non-profit think tank Business Executives for National Security (BENS). Joining BENS will allow Kerri Faber to work closely with like-minded business executives and to help secure America’s national interests both at home and abroad.
“I am excited to join a great group of inspiring, innovative thought leaders helping to guide government institutions with the power of entrepreneurship,” said Echelon CEO Kerri Faber. “Echelon exists to be a springboard for entrepreneurs who have a passion for developing data-driven environmental solutions.”
Faber’s membership in BENS will contribute to positive growth for Echelon through network development and alignment of mission with both BENS and fellow business leaders. This move will accelerate Echelon’s ability to help grow member companies, strengthening both Echelon’s offerings and the start-up community as a whole.
Echelon is a company-building engine for a new economy shaped by ubiquitous data and a changing climate. We support entrepreneurs creating bold new startups by providing shared infrastructure that seamlessly integrates capital, technical, operating, and network resources.
Founded by mining executive Stanley A. Weiss, BENS is a unique nonprofit comprised of over 400 senior business and industry executives who volunteer their time and expertise to address the national security community’s most pressing challenges. Focused originally on restraining proliferation of nuclear arms and reducing defense overhead, BENS today leverages the diverse expertise of its membership to support government efforts that tackle other prominent challenges; from cybersecurity to talent management. For nearly four decades, BENS has been a trusted partner whose work has built a more effective and efficient military, saved billions in taxpayer dollars, and improved operations that protect our homeland.
